Birth Doula Support – As a birth doula my intentions are to provide support during your pregnancy by answering any questions that may come up, help you to plan a birth that fits you, and provide full support during labor and delivery. Packages available to fit your needs and budget.
Postpartum Doula Support – I offer day and overnight postpartum care. As a postpartum doula, I believe in offering emotional and physical support for your family as a whole with a focus on encouraging a strong family bond after baby’s arrival.
Baby Prep Session – $365 – This all inclusive session helps you prepare for baby and can be booked prenatally or for postpartum support. I will assist with organizing baby’s space, basic baby care (diapering, bathing, safe sleep), common nursing positions, one car seat installation, and babywearing education with carriers you have on hand. Four hour session
Lactation Session – $145 – This session provides two hours of lactation support in your home. We discuss proper positioning, latching, bottle feeding techniques (if applicable), comfort measures for nursing parent and baby, and address any questions or concerns you might have. Two hour session
Babywearing Basics Session – $185 – This session provides the opportunity to try a large assortment of carriers brought by me. We will spend time discussing your wearing preferences and trying an assortment of carrier styles and brands to find what fits your needs best. Two hour session
Mini Babywearing Session – $75 – This session is good for those looking for help with their personal carrier. It allows for assistance with one to two carriers with limited wearing positions. 25 minute session
Car Seat Installation – $105– This service is for a full seat installation in your vehicle. We will go over how to properly install and remove the car seat from your vehicle and will also set up the child’s seat to ensure a proper fit. 50 minute session
Car Seat Check – $75- This service is for a car seat that has already been installed in your vehicle. I will check to make sure the car seat is properly installed and child has a proper fit in their seat. 25 minutes session
